Kitsap Heritage Family Awards Banquet

Each Autumn, the Kitsap County Historical Society honors five families at the Heritage Family Awards Banquet. Based upon public nominations, five families are chosen, one from each District of Kitsap County: North Kitsap, South Kitsap, Central Kitsap, Bremerton and Bainbridge Island to be recognized for their family's contributions to our community.

Criteria for the nominations are that the family has lived in the county for at least 100 years, that they have made a contribution to the community, and that a family member or members currently reside in Kitsap County. Nominations may be submitted by individuals or organizations.
