Antique Show
| Each April, Kitsap Historical Society and the Puget Sound Genealogical Society co-host the Antique and Appraisal Show at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. The 2011 Kitsap Antique Show occurred April 1-3. |

Mill Town Family Christmas
This family evening has become a tradition for Kitsap families. From roasted chestnuts, vintage music and dancing, crafts for children, family-style dinner and a Christmas story and caroling, this is an evening everyone enjoys.

Old Fashioned Fourth of July
Originating with the Kitsap History Museum, downtown Bremerton businesses celebrate the birth of our country with open houses and a street fair. Vendors, music and artists fill the streets with fun.

Reunions and Picnics
Each summer the Society hosts a reunion or community gathering in a selected neighborhood. These events provide an opportunity for residents to reminisce and newcomers to learn about the area. A historical presentation and food round out a lovely afternoon

Traveling Exhibits
KCHS currently has one traveling exhibit, Mosquitos in Kitsap, which is available for display in businesses, schools and at community events. If you would like to schedule this exhibit, call the museum at 360-479-6226 or email info@kitsaphistory.org.
During 2010, Mosquitos in Kitsap was a feature exhibit at several festivals throughout the county. Following the opening event aboard the Steamer Virginia V, the exhibit was available during the Memorial Day weekend at Kitsap Harbor Festival. view photos
In August the Museum brought this exhibit to the Olalla Bluegrass Festival (view photos) , and in September traveled north to Port Gamble for the Forest Festival.
